Basic-scuttle The Basic-scuttle by SWK is a simple, but immensely handy scuttle without a brush basin. The water is filled in and poured out via the mouth-shaped spout. It features the notorious thumb handle and rests comfortably in the user's palm. It has the spout on the side of the handle and an additional depression for resting the brush.
